How to Measure

Chest Measurement	With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
Sleeve Measurement	With your arm relaxed and slightly bent, measure from the center of your back at the base of the neck, across the shoulder, to the elbow and down to the wrist.
